SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar field required
  • 5+ years Sales Management required
  • Presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Salesforce, and Outlook
  • Disaster recovery, Insurance Restoration, Claims Consulting, and/or Environmental Claims Consulting experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plan
  • Increase overall sales and maintain current accounts while promoting the AEG Brand for new potential business.
  • Responsible for sales related expenses to make sure money is spent wisely with an ROI
  • Responsible for creating a master account list and keeping the list up to date.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Assessing marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offers to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
  • Assist the accounting department with collection of outstanding receivables as needed.
