If you’re currently working within the grocery sector as an executive or in a similar level of role within buying, this role could be an ideal progression into a National Account Manager position.

Our Grocery channel represents 56% of our overall business and has been a key driver of our growth, expanding by 77% since 2020! We’re looking for a National Account Manager ( Commercial Manager) to join our team and help continue this momentum.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience and success in a similar Commercial role.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a consistent customer P&L and a thorough understanding of retail supply chain and store-level execution.
- Experience with Grocery or High Street customers will be highly advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days a week, with 1 day per month in Leeds visiting the customer.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This role will manage the ASDA account, one of our key strategic partners, and we have big plans for growth! Reporting to a Senior Commercial Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships both internally (especially with our product and supply chain teams) and externally with customers.
- Take full ownership of the customer P&L, as well as manage internal forecasting, revenue, and profit.
- Develop customer plans and identify opportunities to profitably grow within your accounts.
- Use a needs-based, category-selling approach to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Create, agree on, and maintain responsibility for joint business plans.
