Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively grow profitable relationship with assigned Customers
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop and maintain proper customer mapping
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
  • Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management software
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
  • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Experience with common customer relationship management software and platforms
  • Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and it’s position in the industry
  • College Degree or Commiserate Experience
  • Travel - 40%-60%
  • +3 years of documented success
