QUALIFIED CANDIDATES NEED:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new software applications quickly and be comfortable working on different types of programs
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, projecting a professional company image, the ability to type 30 wpm and be well organized
- Critical and creative thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Team player who takes initiative
- Follow processes and instructions given verbally or through documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
- Ability to adhere to stringent timelines
- Dealership marketing experience is a plus
- Soft sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an remote based A-Player, National Account Manager to support a dedicated list of assigned Dealership Service Marketing Clients. The National Account Manager is responsible for performing review calls with 95%+ of assigned Dealers by meeting cadence, focusing on current successes, campaign budget increase potential, add ons and/or adjustments. Candidates must be customer focused, reliable, analytical, upbeat, and able to keep a fast pace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and contact 95%+ of assigned Dealers by meeting cadence for campaign budget increase potential, add ons and/or adjustments
- Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with dealership managers ensuring open streams of communication
- Review Marketing Campaign results as assigned, to maintain a high rate of return for the client and high customer retention for the company as well
- Request sales tools as needed
- Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the software products to understand their capabilities, features, and benefits to be able to support the customers’ needs
- Maintain effective task notes through excellent documentation and organization while utilizing CRM, Google Docs, etc
- Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by department head or immediate supervisor
- Gain a high-level understanding of our company’s products with special attention to Automotive Industry Marketing
- Assisting with other workers’ tasks/requests is required
