Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base of retail companies at a regional and national level within Canada and the USA
- Create marketing plans for sales activities of assigned accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategy for assigned accounts
- Facilitate new product introductions
- Ensure client needs are identified, met and exceeded
- Maintaining effective communication with clients on up-to-date knowledge of new & existing products, marketplace trends and strategies
- Create high quality business expansion plans to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Explore opportunities by reviewing and monitoring customer patterns
- Attend trade shows, customer presentations & promotional events to promote current and new products and to increase company profile
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives
