The S2G Sales Team is Growing! We are looking to hire a National Account Manager, Mobility
The National Account Manager’s role is to meet revenue and profit targets, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and ensure the sales-related needs and expectations of retailers, vendor partners and Solutions 2 GO stakeholders are being met.
The ideal candidate has strategic and analytical thinking skills along with collaboration and relationship-building expertise to provide insights, uncover opportunities, and drive results.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the mobile phone and accessories industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the mobile phone and accessories market, products, and competitors.
  • Experience with carriers, telecom distributors, and national retailers is a must.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts with carriers, telecom distributors, and national retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory and market segment.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and prospects, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, revenue, and growth potential.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that arise from customers or partners.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and meetings as required.
