Overview:
Are you ready to lead and shape our sales strategy for Carrefour? We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven National Account Manager to further develop the customer relationship and to build strong commercial plans to drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of annual sales targets across key metrics such as volume, net revenue, market share, and operating profit within the Snacks and Grains categories.
  • Translate retailer strategies and market data into actionable, growth-focused PepsiCo commercial plans.
  • Negotiate and implement Customer Development Agreements aligned with strategic PepsiCo commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Carrefour and internal PepsiCo teams to identify opportunities and translate plans into growth through effective execution of innovation, activation, and perfect store initiatives.
  • Optimize management of trade funds, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of all trade expenditures.
  • Partner effectively with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales Finance, Net Revenue Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer dynamics and strategic business management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication (French and English, Dutch is a plus), and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable business plans.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
