Our Impulse/OOH business plays a vital role in achieving this, and we’re looking for a National Account Manager to help drive our growth across key customers in Delivered Wholesale and Vending.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for someone with experienced National Account Manager, with experience of managing your own account(s) and P&L. You should be skilled at building relationships, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working cross-functionally. Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are key, as well as a passion for the Impulse/OOH sector. Relevant experience in buying roles or FMCG sales will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years’ of experience managing a customer P&L and a strong understanding of the retail supply chain.
  • Experience with Impulse/OOH customers, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days a week, with remained of your time visiting customer at their premises.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage key accounts across the Delivered Wholesale’’’’ sectors, some of our most strategic partners, where we see big opportunities for growth. Reporting to a Senior Commercial Manager, you will:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships both internally (especially with our product, marketing, and supply chain teams) and externally with customers.
  • Take full ownership of the customer P&L, ensuring effective management of internal forecasting, revenue, and profit.
  • Develop tailored customer plans, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth within your accounts.
  • Leverage a category-led, needs-based approach to increase revenue and market share across your customer base.
  • Create and manage joint business plans with customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
