How you will make contributions that matter
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity currently exists for an experienced National Account Manager to partner with our retail customer, Woolworths. Reporting to our Head of Sales – Woolworths, you will manage the Butters, Blends and Beverages portfolio and be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of effective short and long-term strategies across your portfolio.

Key elements of your role will include:

  • Building and maintaining effective stakeholder and client relationships, both internally and externally
  • Assisting in the development of ongoing strategic category development business plans
  • Developing and implementing effective promotional programs across all Saputo Dairy Australia brands within your portfolio
  • Maintaining forecast and case spend budgets
  • Reviewing and reporting on customer performance for key categories

Due to the nature of the customer group, you will be required to undertake frequent interstate travel as required to maintain your knowledge of their business and nurture relationships.
About you:

As an experienced National Account Manager, you will enjoy working within a dedicated and collaborative team and possess the following:

  • Prior experience partnering with Woolworths, Coles or Independents
  • A passion for FMCG with proven experience developing, selling in, closing and executing growth strategies
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with solid negotiation skills
  • A driver mindset paired with the desire to pursue initiatives/opportunities
  • Astute commercial acumen with an ability to demonstrate creative thinking
