THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
With a strong commercial and analytical mindset you will be responsible for driving business development to achieve sales and financial targets for the Woolworths NZ account.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing promotional programs aligned with company strategy.
  • Analyzing customer profiles and optimizing sales performance.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for our product portfolio.
  • Executing product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Managing forecasting, demand reviews, and P&L forecasting.
  • Leading new product development and achieving financial targets.

About You

  • Key Account Management experience in the FMCG sector, ideally with WWNZ or Foodstuffs exposure.
  • Strong ability to deliver business cases and execute decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for creative solutions.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data; familiarity with BW, IRI, and financial reports is a plus.
