QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in French English is absolutely required.
- Completion of post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization.
- Experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships.
- Proficiency working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and various reporting tools.
Nice to have:
- CHRP or Recruiter Certification an asset
- Experience recruiting for mental health professionals; experience in health care services an asset
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are growing and with that comes the opportunity to reimagine work alongside internal and external stakeholders in the organization. It can get hectic, and you will be supported with leaders, top-of-line tools, and resources to apply your skills and keep projects streamlined and on track. This role is mainly remote with some Virtual and In-Person attendance to the head office or career fairs and trade shows in Ontario. (10% of the time).
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through an efficient recruitment process that will result in the hiring of the best available talent providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Full cycle recruitment: Apply your expertise to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive and equitable candidate experience. Including but not limited to conducting telephone screenings & video interviews; creating attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites; job offer creation, new-hire set-up, and onboarding.
- Sourcing: This is the core technical skill. You have proven success at sourcing candidates, along with previous experience and knowledge of the talent market to develop full-cycle recruitment plans for regional clinics.
- Reporting: Ability to run reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics that facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
