As a Product Manager at Cardinal Health, you will be at the forefront of our mission to improve patient outcomes and drive healthcare innovation. Working within our marketing and commercial excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging supplier relationships to inform local go-to-market activities, tactics, and campaigns as well as offer expertise and insight into our tender response process for key National Brand product portfolios. This role reports to the Director of National Brand Marketing.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Collaboration: Collaboration leads to clear and efficient product road mapping, product planning, prioritization, and an overall agile product development, pricing and promotions planning process.
Analytical Skills: Superior ability to synthesize diverse and complex information and data and design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures that are presentable to stakeholders.
Work Ethic: Performs and completes tasks in a timely fashion; adheres to workplace procedures, policies, and ethics; is a creative thinker who can develop product solutions on short notice; and who displays calmness and composure in the face of workload and pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, science, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or health care marketing required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, Wrike, Highspot, or Tableau an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative team environment and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle a large product portfolio and multiple priorities.
  • Be analytically inclined; understanding what data means and how to apply it to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Know what it means to be focused on revenue-generating activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with many moving parts.
