Position Title: National Business Development Manager – Digital Retail Solutions
Reports to: VP Digital Solutions
Location: Canadian Head Office (Hybrid) – 95 Browns Line, Etobicoke

We have a challenging opportunity for a National Business Development Manager – Digital Retail Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver conversion and DRS results to budget through disciplined Sales cycle management.
  • Responsible for project managing conversions for 400 accounts through structured cadence from prospect to compliance to contracting to onboarding and installation.
  • Work closely with account sales managers to develop and execute conversion strategy.
  • Prepare account value proposition (ROI analysis) and participate in presenting to customers.
  • Work closely with CA and FA teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans for gaps to budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
  • Willingness to travel 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell solutions at a premium in a price-sensitive industry.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
