Position Title: National Business Development Manager – Digital Retail Solutions
Reports to: VP Digital Solutions
Location: Canadian Head Office (Hybrid) – 95 Browns Line, Etobicoke

We have a challenging opportunity for a National Business Development Manager – Digital Retail Solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver conversion and DRS results to budget through disciplined Sales cycle management.
- Responsible for project managing conversions for 400 accounts through structured cadence from prospect to compliance to contracting to onboarding and installation.
- Work closely with account sales managers to develop and execute conversion strategy.
- Prepare account value proposition (ROI analysis) and participate in presenting to customers.
- Work closely with CA and FA teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation.
- Develop and implement contingency plans for gaps to budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
- Willingness to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions at a premium in a price-sensitive industry.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
