JOB SUMMARY:
Join a mission-driven team as the National Category Sales Manager for arau.baby and Happy Elephant. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in getting our plant-based baby care and eco-friendly cleaning products into major retail outlets. Your goal is to grow the brands by actively pursuing new retail partnerships, expanding product lines, and aligning sales efforts with regional brokers and distributors. With a proven track record in CPG sales (5+ years), you’ll drive success through effective, persuasive presentations to stakeholders and a deep understanding of consumer needs across baby care, home cleaning, and laundry categories.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience, ideally in the natural products industry or related fields like home cleaning, baby care, or laundry.
- Proven ability to grow sales within a specific territory through relationship-building and innovative sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills for creating persuasive presentations and building trust with key stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and solve complex problems in real-world business settings.
- Strong organizational skills for managing travel schedules, optimizing opportunities, and ensuring efficient time management when coordinating with accounts and attending industry events across multiple locations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of natural baby skincare, home cleaning, and laundry products, including understanding plant-based ingredients, eco-friendly formulations, sustainability practices, and the ability to communicate the unique benefits of these categories to eco-conscious consumers.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Ability to regularly commute to the corporate office in Orem, UT
Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with key retailers to secure product placement for arau.baby and Happy Elephant.
- Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities while expanding product lines.
- Collaborate with regional brokers and distributors to drive aligned sales strategies.
- Lead promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Represent the brands at trade shows, industry events, and B2B/B2C meetings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that resonate with potential clients.
- Track performance by preparing regular sales reports and achieving sales goals.
