Through end-to-end repeatable services, we deliver the highest standards across customer locations to achieve improved operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. We are looking for a National Distributor Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in this national role.

In this position your focus will be on building sales via our existing organic channel partners, with the ultimate aim of ensuring future progression through successful sales growth of the full Diversey UK portfolio (ranging from chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment to cleaning machinery).

  • Responsibility for the retention, growth and development of sales within distributor Accounts
  • Build and implement business plans and new business development funnels with partner distributors to drive mutually beneficial growth, and engage and drive distributor teams to implement these plans.
  • Around 75% of your work will be devoted to managing the existing channel accounts, and 25% will be oriented on acquiring new distributors.
  • Deliver best in class customer care to our regional accounts and channel partners, ensuring we deliver against our contractual obligations and create value and differentiation in our accounts.
  • Build and maintain multi-level strong customer and distributor relationships which strive to develop growth and value creation.
  • Foster a collaborative, partnership approach with our Channel Partners, with the objective of Diversey being viewed as the partner of choice by our Distributors
  • Perform business reviews with key stakeholders in distributor accounts.
  • Develop channel marketing campaigns in conjunction with marketing.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Proven success in managing channel partners.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to formulate deals and tenders as well as negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Any experience in the following sectors is an advantage: contract cleaning, facilities management, HORECA / F&B and healthcare.
