As a National Elevator Manager at Public Storage, you’ll enjoy a stable office-based environment with minimal travel. This role offers the perfect balance between professional growth and personal wellness. Join our Facilities team to optimize our National Elevator Program and drive strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years in the elevator industry, with experience at a national elevator company or as a consultant.
  • Expertise with both hydraulic and traction units.
  • Field experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • NAEC Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or NAESA Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
  • Must be able to travel.
