We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate National Field Manager who enjoys customer interaction and has a high appreciation for premium spirits and the brand owners.

Responsibilities:

  • This hybrid role is a fusion of managing the BDE team, along with managing your own territory
  • The effective training, development, direction, management & motivation of the BDE Team.
  • Manage your own On-Trade Territory, in a BDE capacity, delivering a return on investment within outlets in your defined geographical territory.
  • Ensure all field KPI targets are delivered on a quarterly basis, to ensure delivery of annual KPI’s.
