Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a National HR Specialist within the Human Resources Function. HR in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to support business growth and company’s performance throughout organizational development, management of employee life-cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, nurturing company culture with the highest level of DE&I and ethical values. The National HR Specialist is part of the HR Consulting Department and contributes by providing data to support HR initiatives and drive process improvement. Focuses on HR Operations to take care of administrative tasks, HR data and systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate service in all administrative tasks related to employees’ life cycle and monitor its effectiveness
  • Conduct administrative fulfillment within hiring process and draft employment documents, such as employment agreements and contractual conditions changes letters
  • Support recruiting process for contractors and interns
  • Liaise with temporary agencies to manage agency workers
  • Ensure HR systems data quality and manage time and attendance
  • Manage statutory hirings ensuring compliance with labour law and KN inclusion policies
  • Contribute to HR Operations accuracy and proactivity, as well as provide HR data to foster HR administration effectiveness
  • Support process improvement by suggesting changes in the standard operating procedures when needed
