Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The National Key Account Manager Pharma & Healthcare works within the Sales & Marketing Function.The Sales & Marketing Function in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset to achieve accelerated growthand uncomparable customer excellence, throughout Key Account Management, Key Account ProgramManagement, Customer Solutions development, Sales Systems & Process and Market Intelligenceinitiatives. Is part of the Vertical and Key Account Management Department and acts as the KNrepresentative / CEO of the customer engagement across all offered services.Manages the relationship of all assigned Key Accounts and ensures business retention, and where possible,an extension of services by making sure that outstanding levels of customer service are consistentlyprovided. Is a strategic consultant with the ultimate responsibility to understand customers’ needs andrequests by proposing solutions that add value and build long lasting partnerships. Is specialized in thePharma & Healthcare industry to cater to specific demands of customers and is responsible for aligning thecorporate vertical strategy with local requirements of the business.
