Responsibilities:
Network Development provides the ‘shop window’ and the foundations for our brand, our products and our services. As the Senior Manager, responsible for network development, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have network representation fit for both today and the future, whilst creating an environment that reduces costs and maximises profit. Drawing on your experience and background, you will use your innovative and strategic approach to enable our commercial operations to flourish and provide great experience for customers.
Your key deliverables will include:
- Leadership of a small but highly effective network development team
- Review, update and implement our partner and representation strategy (right partner, location and facility)
- Be the senior point of contact for VCC (Sweden), UK colleagues and network investor partners for network development related activity
- Ownership and oversight of network development processes and procedures
- Network contractual framework responsibility, in conjunction with UK legal
- Develop and test new formats and routes to market, aligned to the UK business model
- Overarching responsibility for our Retailer standards and audit programme, headlease and property management and UK governance meetings
- Accurate management and forecasting of the Network Development budget
