Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our leading organisation as a National Operations Support Manager - Compliance. For this permanent position, we are primarily seeking candidates for the Brisbane location. However, for the right candidate, we are open to considering Sydney and Melbourne locations as well. This role will be reporting to the Operations Excellence Director.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate the case for change in the language of the business
  • Previous experience in document management, compliance regulatory process (preferred but not essential)
  • Digitally literare
  • Proficiency in using the Google suite and Microsoft Office package
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • An ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders including employees, subcontractors, clients and incumbent suppliers
  • Experience working in the service industry is beneficial

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

In this role, you will understand and practically address a complex ecosystem of opportunity that will help the business to operate with more clarity and cost effectiveness. To be successful in the role, the individual must possess an ability to immerse themselves in the business, fully understand the current situation and collaborate with other stakeholders to build and deliver the desired future states.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work in conjunction with the branch teams and business partners, in managing the administration task and operational execution of digital portals and field apps both customer and internal facing.
  • Manage the end to end business process of customer inductions across the business.
  • Ability to meticulously review documents and ensure accuracy in compliance certificates and vendor qualifications.
  • Ability to align the customer portals strategy with the organisational commercialization goals.
  • Commitment to improving processes and identifying issues and implementing solutions to ensure compliance adherence
  • Plan and project manage operational change programs that affect the business operating models (Portals or Apps), utilising change and project management tools to drive and deliver sustainable change.
  • Provide subject matter expertise within the project scope working alongside colleagues as required to deliver in accordance with the strategic roadmap.
  • To support the ongoing operational delivery of large-scale rollouts and land the introduction of technology platforms to assist in this area.
  • Utilise appropriate operational communication platforms to keep the business updated with requirements, completion rates, and ongoing changes and gather feedback on each platform and accurate delivery of completion timelines & costs.
  • Operational improvement and company-wide strategic cohesion in processes and system synergies to enable a well-focused cross-functional delivery of services to the frontline teams.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS PART OF THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL NATIONALLY ON A SEMI-REGULAR BASIS. THE FREQUENCY OF TRAVEL WILL BE THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE WEEK EVERY MONTH AS A MINIMUM.
