National Property Technical Lead

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The National Property Technical Lead is responsible for facilitating property claims management within the defined operational parameters of the claims team to ensure the prompt and equitable resolution of client claims. This role is also responsible for internal training on property policies and current trends/insights currently impacting the property market.
Reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, this position requires a professional with substantial experience in property claims, policy wordings, large loss property claims management, various insurer towers and or third party claim adjusting.
This individual will be technically focused and able to drive initiatives to handle complex claims resolution from the onset of the file. In-depth knowledge of Insurance Markets and their claim resolution procedures is a requirement for this hire.
