Position: Recruitment Specialist (Non-Remote) This is an on- site position in our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters
As a National Recruiter at SkyHop Global, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and regions within the organization. This role is integral to ensuring that SkyHop Global meets its staffing needs with qualified and capable candidates who align with our company culture and values. As a National Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience:
    o At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a national or multi-site capacity.

o Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including both corporate and field positions.

  • Skills:

o Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
o Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.

o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with SkyHop Global.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruiting strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote SkyHop Global’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Salary: Starting from $60,000.00 per year (Note: This position is on-site in our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters)Benefits:
