Currently we are looking for National/Regional Education and Training Instructor
Tasks
- Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly education and training plans based on business needs.
- Design and execute training projects and educational activities to ensure membership renewal rates and sales targets are met.
- Develop and design regional training courses, including but not limited to new retail strategies, product introductions, and skill training.
- Manage and deliver training sessions within the region.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, local languages, and basic communication in Chinese.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of service, focusing on the needs of dealers and clients.
- Ability to adapt to internal and external changes and embrace new challenges.
- No educational background restrictions.
- We are looking for individuals with clear communication skills, strong expression abilities, high energy, and an outgoing personality, especially younger candidates.
