The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage the strategic business direction, relationships, and outcomes with all Allianz business units (One Allianz) for assigned strategic Partnerships across all customer segments.
Responsibilities:
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of Strategic Partners within the Allianz Broker Segmentation for Global, International, and Key Regional/National Brokers and Cluster groups.
- Developing, maintaining, and executing National Strategic Partnership Plans, including profitable growth, account structure, relationships, strategy, threats, and other strategic objectives.
- Maintaining strong individual relationships with senior executives and leaders of Strategic Partners to ensure the execution of a sales pipeline and UW solutions, including strategic opportunities for growth across One Allianz capabilities.
- Leading and coordinating joint executive engagement to report on activity and results, drive strategic discussions, and resolve points of friction.
- Managing the negotiation and implementation of Strategic Partnership Agreements to ensure Allianz delivers services, data, and deliverables in accordance with the Agreement, while meeting contractual and compliance obligations.
- Acting as an advocate for the Strategic Partners and serving as an internal and external escalation point for large opportunities, claims referrals, and conflict resolution.
- Managing the reporting of data and portfolio analysis from internal and external sources.
