Position Responsibilities

  • Guide and support sales initiatives for our Mexican Branches and Sales Offices, identifying and driving best practices throughout territories nationwide.
  • Oversee Mexico’s Sales Directors, Managers and Trainers, collaborating to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Conduct joint calls throughout our Mexican territories, evaluating performance and coaching sales staff.
  • Deliver hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the Mexico sales team.
  • Communicate and present company updates and directives to Branch and Corporate sales leaders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales / sales management with strong coaching skills.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies. An industrial, distribution or business services focus is preferred.
  • Travel to Uline’s Mexico locations up to 50% of the year, with some travel to the U.S.
