Job Description
Are you a passionate and driven sales leader with a proven track record of success in the Microsoft ecosystem? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to drive the growth of our Microsoft Practice. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NCS AU by leading strategic sales initiatives and exceeding ambitious growth targets.
This exciting opportunity involves strengthening our partnership with Microsoft, managing a talented sales team, building strong client relationships, and leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver transformative solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, penetrating accounts, qualifying prospects, supervising sales activities, planning the sales process, and closing Microsoft sales opportunities across Australia. You will collaborate with the broader NCS AU Sales team to maximise our win probability in Microsoft sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role leading a national Microsoft Sales Team
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Leader in the Australian market with a strong existing network of potential clients across enterprise and government
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including a strong understanding of key Microsoft technologies and solutions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are highly desirable
