We are searching for the best talent for National Sales Manager to be in Mexico City.
Purpose: As a National Sales Manager, you will use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitoring and giving appraisal to the activities of regional sales manager.
  • Leading and developing direct sales team skills.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education Required: Licenciatura
  • Experience Required: At least 4 years of experience. Strategic mindset.
  • Experience Preferred: Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles. Knowledge of government health access and public institutions processes. People management experience.
  • Languages: English (Basic) & Spanish
    Safe Fleet Requirements:

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
