Our Sales Department in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is looking for a

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales management in Direct-to-Consumer retail industry, preferably women’s fashion/ apparel/ sporting goods/ lifestyle consumer goods.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Need to have experience in managing sales growth for 20+ stores across Malaysia region.

Responsibilities:

Purpose of the Job

  • Oversee sales operations, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve budget, goals, and KPIs.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Hire and manage a team, efficiently manage event spaces, and maintain high service standards.
  • Act as a deputy for the Commercial Director in their absence.
  • Serve and sell effectively to B2B, B2C, online customers, and trade partners
