JD:
As our Country Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our business in Germany market.In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in Germany market.

Responsibilities:

1.Developing and implementing a sales strategy to expand new customer base in Germany.
2.Design and implement market development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.
3.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in Germany.
4.Identifying new market opportunities and developing business strategies.
5.Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide strategic basis and data support for the company business development and new product development.
6.Represent the company at industry exhibitions in Germany market, collect industry information, and expand business channels.
7.Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams to ensure timely delivery of products to Germany market.
8.Building and overseeing the development of our organizational structure in Germany.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in importer company and possess the skills and ability as a senior garment sales manager.
1.Candidates should have relevant industry knowledge and contacts and ability to generate and bring in new business opportunities for the company
2.Candidates should have extensive experience as a manager of sales or product in importercompanies3.Candidates should have fashion apparel development and business knowledge and a deep understanding of Germany garment market.
4.A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
5.Experience working with international production centers is a plus
6.You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team
