As Night Receptionist, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
The position is part time 88% with a schedule of 2 weeks rolling rooster with 7 night shifts (22.30-07.30) on and 7 nights off.

Requirements:

  • MInimum +2 years experience in guest relations, Hotel industry
  • Knowledge in EMMA system is an advantage
  • Calm and focused personality
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Strong ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills in english and norwegian
  • Strong ability to work commitment and secuity thinking
  • Knowledge in HMS, fire security is an advantag

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high level of guest experience and deliver Memorable Moments to all our guests
  • Check in and Check out
  • Fast learner and good data knowledge, work easily with several IT systems at the same time
  • Maximizes the guest experience by delivering fast and positive response to the guest
  • Problem solving during night
  • Takes full responsibility for the hotel and guests during the night shift
  • Perform night audit routines (End of day) according to standards, checklists and other assigned duties
  • Perform tasks such as rooms service delivery, HSK items delivery to guest rooms at night
  • Strong security awareness and responsible for the hotel security during night shift
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and value
  • Deliver departmental profit and understands total revenue income.
  • Reaches out to colleagues in the company
