Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of scientific concepts within the framework of specified goals
- Planning of experiments on a laboratory scale with a time and budget plan, coordination of the implementation, evaluation of the data and presentation of the results in relation to the objective
- Recording of work results in overview reports and presentations
- Management of cooperation with external institutes and partners
- Monitoring of technical developments in competition and in the scientific community
- Continuous development of work processes and documentation in the form of best practice procedures
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in the field of microbiology, biochemistry or comparable, preferably with a doctorate
- Experience in the field of nutrition, skin care and metabolism
- Knowledge of microbiomes is an advantage
- Basic understanding of immunology is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- High level of initiative, motivation and creativity, strong teamwork and communication skills
