Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of scientific concepts within the framework of specified goals
• Planning of experiments on a laboratory scale with a time and budget plan, coordination of the implementation, evaluation of the data and presentation of the results in relation to the objective
• Recording of work results in overview reports and presentations
• Management of cooperation with external institutes and partners
• Monitoring of technical developments in competition and in the scientific community
• Continuous development of work processes and documentation in the form of best practice procedures

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in the field of microbiology, biochemistry or comparable, preferably with a doctorate
• Experience in the field of nutrition, skin care and metabolism
• Knowledge of microbiomes is an advantage
• Basic understanding of immunology is beneficial
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• High level of initiative, motivation and creativity, strong teamwork and communication skills
