Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with digital radio systems such as GPS/GNSS or software definable radios
- Knowledge of GPS/GNSS technology and navigation algorithm
- Experience with simulation and debugging with MATLAB/Octave
- Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as manage individual tasks
- Proven ability to work independently, designing, developing, and deploying solutions, and delivering projects on time with minimal direction
- Ability to listen and evaluate all opinions without bias, and contribute to a common culture of excellence
- Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutions
- Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain signal processing algorithms and associated hardware implementations for PNT positioning products
- Collaborates with internal and external customers and technical peers to solve complex system problems
- Support system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for future enhancements
- Contribute to all aspects of the product life cycle (concept, development, integration, qualification, acceptance, delivery, and maintenance)
- Follows established configuration/change control processes
