Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Certification as a Breast Health Navigator upon hire, or within 2 years of hire into position.
  • 3 years of experience, preferably within women’s health, i.e. breast health, oncology, and/or surgical services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Coursework/Training: Breast health related education.
  • Breast health related planning, case management or similar experience.
