Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration.
Minimum HS diploma with 5 (five) years of equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 (four) years of non-clinical administrative and supervisory experience.
Other:
Lived experience with mental health and substance misuse, either personally or familiar.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Must have solid communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred but not indispensable.
Ability to motivate, coach, and direct staff.
CPR and First Aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by agency).
Must have or obtain within 12 months the state CPFS credential or national NCPRSScredential.
Valid drivers license and insurability.
