Description:

Grade C - £32,471 (National Framework) or £38,143 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week is preferred but part-time will be considered

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst in our National Customer Service Centre, you will work as part of a small change team delivering a variety of change activity.
If you are an analytical thinker, enjoy solving problems and improving ways of working, whilst collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.
As a key member of the change team, you will help to investigate business problems and analyse options for solving them. This will include assessing the risks, benefits and feasibility of the options and presenting this back to key decision-makers. You will work with key stakeholders to design and deliver solutions, supporting the transition to business as usual and contributing to training when required.
You will undertake process improvement activity, mapping current processes and identifying what changes in process, procedures and practice are necessary to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits. You will work with management to embed changes within the business and provide advice and assistance to other teams developing methods and ways of working.
Working closely with project managers, you will contribute to delivering projects, including eliciting and documenting business requirements and supporting the transition to business as usual.
