Description:
YOUR MISSION
Are you passionate about startups, innovation, and helping people build the technology that shapes how our world operates? Or maybe you have the entrepreneurial bug yourself, and want to learn about how Ireland’s hottest startups operate up close. If that sounds like you, you might be our next NDRC Programme Associate.
In the role, your job will be to design and deliver programmes that support early-stage technology startups, from meeting and onboarding top-tier founders to creating the architecture to support them on their journey.
These initiatives include NDRC Office Hours, Founder Weekends, Pre-Accelerators, Masterclasses, and other high-impact events involving hundreds of people across the startup ecosystem. Your work will focus on providing programmes that significantly improve founders’ chances of success, with day-to-day responsibilities that could include scouting for high-potential startups, meeting with some of Ireland’s most successful entrepreneurs, and leading workshops and events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the NDRC team to develop and deliver programmes for early-stage founders and ecosystem builders.
- Support and execute recruitment strategies to attract the highest quality startups across Ireland.
- Meet with startups to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and connections.
- Manage logistics, operations, and scheduling for Early-Stage Supports and Masterclasses, using Airtable and Glide
- Ensure that documentation to support our programmes and impact is up to date and accurate
- Creating content and presentations for workshops, masterclasses, and pitch sessions
- Work closely with the regional partners to ensure the delivery of successful programmes across Ireland.
- Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and programme documentation to optimise decision-making and workflows.
- Manage diverse systems, no-code solutions, and databases, including Airtable and Glide.
- Monitor programme KPIs and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with Dogpatch Labs teams, including Marketing, Community, and Portfolio, to maximise impact.
- Manage the NDRC inbox, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Deliver a world-class experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors and other stakeholders.
