NDT Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated NDT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform calibrations, non-destructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to approved procedures. You will work closely with a team of NDT Specialists to ensure high-quality results. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Physically fit and able to lift and maneuver heavy components/parts.
• Must pass a vision acuity examination with or without corrective lenses and meet vision requirements for color blindness.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Willing to work overtime when requested or due to urgency.
• Willingness to be trained in NDT.

• Set up, standardize, and perform system checks for non-destructive testing methods.
• Perform specific testing codes, standards, and other contractual documents applicable to the methods utilized.
• Interpret and evaluate results for acceptance or rejection, and document findings.
• Collaborate actively with the Planner and participate in team activities.
• Observe all applicable safety requirements and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Carry out other assigned duties as directed by the NDT Level 3 and the Quality Manager.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
