Description:
About the Role
You will ensure CCHA tenants have an outstanding customer experience and enable them to be successful and independent through positive, trusted relationships. You will be a customer champion and advocate and provide an efficient, responsive, and customer-focused service, ensuring that customers are supported in sustaining their tenancies and living within communities and neighbourhoods where they can thrive.
Responsibilities:
Ensure CCHAs communities are safe and well maintained by providing a high-quality neighbourhood & estate management service with the property team.
Work closely with the Neighbourhoods Team Lead, Safer Neighbourhoods Team, Money Solutions team and Neighbourhood Assistants to provide specialist support and advice where required.
Build effective partnerships with customers and external agencies to understand what matters to our customers and communities and deliver projects and initiatives to respond to this.
Work restoratively to respond to concerns about Anti-Social Behaviour and tenancy breaches, motivating tenants to change their behaviour. To undertake effective consultation and community development, working with customers to create and deliver neighbourhood Action plans.
Ensure that CCHA delivers its key accountabilities: sustainable tenancies, building trusted relationships with tenants, early intervention and prevention, reducing customer need and demand, and maximising income.
About You
You will be a proactive member of the team, continually seek to improve and develop your own skills and the team’s performance and operate within and comply with CCHAs policies, procedures, and values at all times. You will also promote digital inclusion to tenants to ensure they can access all CCHA services.
Neighbourhood Managers work with external agencies, developing partnership approaches, signposting tenants to relevant services and undertaking joint service provision or initiatives where appropriate to create and improve local services. You will attend meetings with the Local Authority and other external agencies as required and be flexible in response to the needs of customers and the business, including weekends and evening work.
Neighbourhood Managers adhere to Safeguarding Policies, ensuring any concerns are reported to the relevant agencies, and attend any safeguarding meetings that are required to manage cases appropriately.
