A3 is seeking a .NET Developer II to define, analyze, and develop within a broad range of systems and software technologies to provide support services to new and existing business solutions to meet our Federal customer’s automation program goals. The ideal candidate for this mid-level position must have excellent technical skills to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a customer-focused team environment. In this job you will:

• Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Assess and diagnoses a problem analyzing the interactions between key drivers.
• Define clear business objectives and desired outcomes to guide own work and the work of others.
• Translate business needs into associated technical requirements and understands solutions that will incorporate these requirements.
• Develop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts.
• Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and decision making.

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant for or equivalent work experience.
• 4 - 6 years of hand-on experience as a .NET developer.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, strong analysis skills, experience in designing, developing, implementing testing .NET based applications.
• Specific development experience with .NET Core, MVC, API.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Typescript.
• Experience with relational databases including strong SQL skills, design patterns, etc.
• Understands tools and methodologies related to the design, configuration, building and testing of application functionality.
• Understands how to design, configure, build, and test application functionality.
• Understands technological fundamentals, including architectures, data modeling, and application development lifecycle.
• Possesses a working knowledge of relational databases (including experience with SQL).
• Experience developing applications based on client/server technology and/or web architectures.
• Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals.
• Possesses excellent testing, troubleshooting, and debugging skills as well as process improvement.
