We are currently looking for an enthusiastic .NET Developer to join our team of exceptional developers. You will become part of a team working on projects enhancing and maintaining our ever-growing suite of applications servicing our memberships financial needs and management in our online channel. We pride ourselves in knowing that we have an agile and extremely capable development team that can bring new ideas to life quickly and efficiently for the benefit of our members and staff.
.NET Developers perform the following functions:
- Maintain our current online products.
- Build new online products and services delivered through our mobile and desktop online banking platforms as part of a team or solo.
- Utilize .NET programming languages to build front-end user experiences and backend solutions following requirements specified by stakeholders.
- Learn and implement new technologies that benefits MIDFLORIDA Credit Union and its members.
- Effectively manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on time.
- Participate in peer reviews to ensure the highest code quality and security.
- Work with other departments and individuals to ensure requirements are identified and met to deliver high-quality solutions to our membership.
NET Developer qualifications include:
- A passion for creating amazing applications and user experiences.
- A 4 year Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience working as a full stack developer utilizing .NET Technologies. Heavy emphasis on MVC development is a plus.
- Experience with Team Foundation Server, WCF, Web API, REST API, IOS and Android development a plus.
- Proven experience with UI/UX design principals a plus.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work Monday through Friday in 8 hour shifts.

Where are we located?
- The .NET Developer role is located in Lakeland, FL. Lakeland is located in between Orlando and Tampa with easy access to I-4 connecting the two cities.
- The .NET Developer role is partially remote. All developers have the option to work remotely up to three days per week with two, mandatory, on-site days in Lakeland, FL.
