We are looking for a .NET Developer for one of our projects in the banking sector. The team you will join is responsible for developing and maintaining applications for transactions, negotiations, reservations and workflow/events. The application is used daily by traders and sellers.
You will be part of an extended functional team operating between France and Poland.
Your role
- Working in a team-oriented environment, developing and supporting features in a functional applicative chain
- Developing software using best practices (Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development)
- Writing unit tests, reviewing the code to be delivered and helping the global team with non-regression testing
- Proposing recommendations for process improvement
- Giving clear and consistent reports to the clients and management
- Ensuring the alignment with the guidelines and practices from the chapter
- Providing production support for an existing application feature
Your skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related technical field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core development (.NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core 6, WinForms, WCF, Web API)
- Knowledge of databases/SQL (Oracle or Sybase preferred)
- Familiarity with Windows servers
- Ability to work in an international and distributed team environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent knowledge of English
