Skills and experiences

• You have solid experience as a .NET developer with a focus on mobile development using Xamarin. Bonus points if that includes .NET Maui.
• You have experience with Azure DevOps and practices such as CI/CD and Infra as Code.
• You have experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid experience implementing XIB in iOS applications.
• You have extensive experience working with cross platform applications, preferably using Xamarin and C# (but Objective-C/Swift/Java/Kotlin experience highly regarded).
• Extensive experience across the .NET development ecosystem, with strong hands-on skills in C#.
• You have solid working knowledge of .NET Core.
• You are proficient in .Net mobile development Xamarin/MAUI
• You are familiar with Apple’s Human Interface guidelines and Android’s Material Design

• You provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing Xamarin/React Native/Ionic/Cordova for (hybrid) mobile applications.

• You have experience with giving feedback, motivating, and coaching developers on their technical and soft skills.

• You will focus on developing, testing and maintaining mobile applications
• You will work on a variety of new projects, as well as maintaining existing apps and you’re happy to share your knowledge with your fellow developers.
• The ability to operate within an agile project environment, and a willingness to adapt to different ways of working are essential to being successful within a development role at Avanade.
• Coach your team on their technical and soft skills and provide them with feedback to help them get a little better every day.
• Work with our customers to understand and balance their needs throughout the software development life cycle, from coding to testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Solve complex business problems for enterprise-scale systems by using best practices and principles such as Clean Architecture, TDD/BDD and SOLID.
• Lead from the front. You guide by example.
