Description:
Sparkhound is seeking a .NET Software Developer to join our Web & Mobile Development team to work with our clients in developing a variety of business solutions. This position primarily focuses on leading the support team and resolving production bugs efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, code, test, document and implement new applications as necessary, modify existing web applications, and maintain and support the current environment;
• Meet with end users to gather project requirements;
• Day to day support for customer agency web based systems;
• Day to day support of SQL or Oracle databases, including database migrations, upgrades, design, and creation;
• Transform and separate data sources such as spreadsheets and paper documents to constraint based common database structures;
• Develop workflow approval processes to assist in transforming paper processes to electronic processes;
• Must have working knowledge of accounting principles;
• Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS staff for all work; and
• Provide user training and manuals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as .NET full stack developer with C#
• Microsoft IIS 7.5 and higher
• MVC (Model View Controller)
• Web Services/Methods (XML, JSON, SOAP)
• Microsoft SQL 2012 and higher
• SQL SSRS/SSIS (Reporting Services/Information Services)
