Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in .NET 8 and C# development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and Razor for front-end development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
  • Strong understanding of MVC frameworks and best practices in web development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in .NET/C# development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using .NET 8, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and Razor.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for the team, providing guidance and problem-solving support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Ensure coding best practices and enforce high standards for code quality and performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance development efficiency.
  • Provide technical direction in system architecture, solution design, and application performance optimization.
  • Maintain strong documentation, including software design and architectural guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous learning and improvement within the team.
