We are in search of a NetSuite Admin to be a part of our team based in CINCINNATI NT, Ohio. The major role of the NetSuite Admin is to provide technical support and administration in the utilization of NetSuite for our core business functions. This role involves handling all business reporting, user dashboards, system preferences, saved searches, transaction functions, and other related tasks.

• Oversee technical aspects of workflows, deployments, bundle management, and third-party integrations within NetSuite.
• Develop, manage, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite.
• Ensure data integrity and conduct regular system audits for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Handle end-user support and address technical issues and system errors promptly.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with stakeholders for its implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users for NetSuite functionalities.
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes as required.
• Coordinate with NetSuite support and other vendors for resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain system documentation including user guides and technical manuals.
• Proven expertise in Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware.
• Extensive knowledge in Configuration Management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite Administration.
• Proficiency in NetSuite CRM and NetSuite Development.
• Ability to conduct Netsuite Saved Search.
• Must have a strong understanding of NetSuite’s capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain configurations and customizations within NetSuite.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite related issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
