As we continue to grow and expand our presence globally, we are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to support our finance team in delivering efficiencies in their day to day operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite platform, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Proven experience in workflow development, scripting, and customizations within NetSuite.
  • NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite administration, including workflow development, scripting, and customizations. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite platform to ensure optimal performance to support business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

NetSuite Administration

  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
  • Perform regular system audits, data validation, and clean-up to ensure data integrity, taking into account consistency across integrated systems.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and migrations as required.
  • Provide user support and training on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.

Workflow Development and process improvement

  • Design, test, deploy and manage custom workflows to automate business processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient workflow solutions.
  • Test and validate workflows to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide NetSuite solutions that support their operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, to leverage new technologies to streamline our operations, particularly working with our AI team and utilising NetSuite’s API.
  • Create documentation regarding NetSuite – customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date
  • Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives

Scripting and Customizations

  • Develop and maintain custom scripts (SuiteScript) to enhance and extend NetSuite capabilities.
  • Customize NetSuite forms, fields, records, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom scripts and configurations.
