Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing networks, servers, and associated systems, as well as providing technical leadership and support to both the IT team and end-users. The position requires maintaining up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with security standards, and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. As a key contributor to the IT team, the Network Administrator will report directly to the IT Manager and is accountable for the performance, reliability, and scalability of the network and system resources.
Responsibilities:

USER TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of desktop applications and best practices.
  • Share technical knowledge and expertise with team members, promoting a collaborative learning environment.
  • Document standard solutions to common issues and create SOP to build the IT KM

TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE

  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Network +
  • Cisco CCNA and CCNP
  • Scripting
  • Cloud Networking
  • VMWare VCP or Microsoft MCP

OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 5 Ss
  • Kaizen
  • Poka Yoke
  • IT Inventory management
  • Automotive experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products, particularly Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Profound knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integration concepts.
  • Prior experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with specialized manufacturing software.
