MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years’ experience with network operations and administration
- Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up.
- Self-starter and a problem solver.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing Active Directory and InTune
- Experience maintaining and repairing network equipment.
- Experience in a healthcare environment

Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to end users on network and telecommunications related issues. Manages and maintains servers, switches, and other network infrastructure equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provides support for Active Directory and InTune
- Maintains and updates computer systems inventory to include hardware type, location, installed software, software licenses, installed patches, and the last date maintenance was performed.
- Performs regular maintenance on computer systems and servers including installation of appropriate software patches and security updates.
- Support network/telecommunications platforms including phone systems, call center solutions, internet, and emergency response platforms.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves network related technical problems.
- Assists IT Director and IT Managers with network installations and changes.
- Monitors security reports and raises concerns to IT Director and IT Managers.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors regular equipment and network maintenance.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, IT Work Order requests and personnel requests for technical support.
