MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years’ experience with network operations and administration
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up.
  • Self-starter and a problem solver.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing Active Directory and InTune
  • Experience maintaining and repairing network equipment.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment

Responsibilities:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides support to end users on network and telecommunications related issues. Manages and maintains servers, switches, and other network infrastructure equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Provides support for Active Directory and InTune
  • Maintains and updates computer systems inventory to include hardware type, location, installed software, software licenses, installed patches, and the last date maintenance was performed.
  • Performs regular maintenance on computer systems and servers including installation of appropriate software patches and security updates.
  • Support network/telecommunications platforms including phone systems, call center solutions, internet, and emergency response platforms.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves network related technical problems.
  • Assists IT Director and IT Managers with network installations and changes.
  • Monitors security reports and raises concerns to IT Director and IT Managers.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors regular equipment and network maintenance.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email, IT Work Order requests and personnel requests for technical support.
