Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Compugen is seeking a Network analyst for an 8 month hybrid contract. Candidates must currently reside within Greater Vancouver.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with the following technologies:

  • Cisco Switches and Routers
  • Cisco Unified Collaboration
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • ITSM Tools

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, M 365, TEAMS, Intune, SCCM Windows Image Management, Antivirus/ Malware solutions, Print Servers and Multifunction Printers
  • Knowledge of CISCO network systems, Switches, Routers and Access Points.
  • Configure and support new offices and clinics
  • Creates, maintains and audits user accounts, access permissions, and mailbox quotas with Microsoft products
  • Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing workstation peripherals
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems
  • Experience in setting up new offices
  • Recommends improvements to enhance the technical capabilities of technical systems and reduce operating costs
  • Plan, track, and monitor all moves and changes required to ensure an effective transition to a new technical platform
  • Recommends and implements necessary alterations to an client’s Network based on traffic, usage, coverage studies, and industry trends
  • Collaborates effectively with internal and external technical staff (e.g. service providers) to ensure systems operate reliably.
  • Works with the IT internal and external partners to ensure customer requirements are being addressed
  • Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting hardware/software, leading problem-solving efforts with third-party vendors, personnel and organizations
